01. Ordering and Production
Every Cabinet Doors Plus product is custom-made to order. Production begins immediately after an order is placed to ensure fast lead times and accurate craftsmanship. Because each item is built to your exact specifications, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are marked “In Progress.”
All measurements, hinge placements, and finish selections are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check all dimensions before submitting your order. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake or repair the product at no cost under our Accuracy Guarantee.
02. Custom Products
Custom cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and finished products are made specifically for your project and cannot be resold. For this reason, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
03. Hardware and Accessories
Standard hardware such as hinges, knobs, and pulls may be returned within thirty days of delivery if unopened. A fifteen percent restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
04. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on cabinetdoorsplus.com are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made at checkout using an accepted payment method. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed on the website. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping address
05. Shipping and Delivery
Cabinet Doors Plus ships throughout the continental United States. Smaller orders are shipped via parcel carriers, while larger orders are sent freight to ensure safe handling.
Delivery times vary depending on order size, finish type, and location. All delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships. Cabinet Doors Plus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
06. Receiving and Inspecting Orders
Please inspect all packages as soon as they arrive. Report any visible damage, shortages, or workmanship issues within three business days by emailing [email protected] Include your order number and photos for review.
07. Accuracy Guarantee
If your order arrives with incorrect measurements or construction that does not match your approved order confirmation, Cabinet Doors Plus will remake or repair the item promptly and cover all shipping costs associated with the correction.
08. Warranty
Cabinet Doors Plus offers a limited warranty on workmanship and construction. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are normal and not considered defects.
Doors must be finished within thirty days of delivery and installed in environments maintained between 35% and 50% relative humidity to remain under warranty.

09. Product Use and Liability
Cabinet Doors Plus products are designed for residential and light commercial cabinetry applications. We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
